Kelly Walen recently sold our home in Cocoa Beach and I can't say enough great things about her. From beginning to end, Kelly went above and beyond and made the whole process flow with ease. She is very efficient and has great communication skills. She always replied to our calls, texts and emails promptly and kept us apprised of what was going on with our house and in the market. Since we were no longer in town, Kelly watched over our house and kept it "show" ready, and alerted us to any concerns, such as lawn people not showing up. Kelly listened to what we had to say and we always felt she had our best interest at heart. Kelly is well connected and up to date on current technology. We were impressed that we could complete the sale of our house, from start to finish, without ever leaving our new out of state home for any signatures, including at closing. Kelly's professionalism and her warm and friendly demeanor was a great fit for us and we so appreciate everything she did for us.
