•Jonathan was the only agent I spoke with that actually gave me the opportunity and hope to buy my first home. Previously I talked to a few agents and they didn’t take me seriously and didn’t think I would be able to do it but that didn’t stop me from trying. I ran into Jonathan’s page and I saw how knowledgeable he was so I decided to reach out to him in hopes for a different outcome. I am here today to give hope to those that have been turned down and that have been told that it’s not possible for you to buy a home with this economy. I am proof that it is and with the help of Jonathan and Ara, our lender, it was possible and now I am a first time homebuyer. I couldn’t have done it without them, the process wasn’t easy and it was full of emotions but at the end of the day it was all worth it. Now we have our new home in a great community and we will always be grateful and thankful for all the help and support from Jonathan and Ara. Everything is possible we just have to keep moving forward and believe that it is.
