•Local knowledge and the fact Renee lives in the area and is up-to-date on local laws, licenses, and township culture was critical to selection. Due to Renee's contacts, house sold 3 days after placement of for-sale sign. No other advertising was necessary although she had a complete and thorough campaign laid out. It was impressive. Renee actually became a family friend! She also understood how emotional a loss of a parent and sale of her house could be. Could not ask for a more likable, personable agent who new her "Stuff". Overall experience far exceeded my expectations. A cash sale three days after for-sale sign was placed was simply phenomenal and closing went without a hitch. Entire sale with check in my bank account took about a month with no hassles or problems and no surprises. Couldn't ask for a smoother experience.
