Oleg Iossem, aided by Century 21 Associate Belinda Lunn, has exceeded expectations through his efforts to ensure that my new home purchase is sound and secure in my absence. Due to the high risks inherent in travel in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, I have not been able to initiate my move across the country and so wait patiently for a safe time to do so. I closed on my new retirement home near the end of March and ever since, Oleg and Belinda have routinely checked on it with the same attention to detail they would give if it were their own home. In conducting his inspections, Oleg fortunately identified a problem with the AC system (not once but twice) and promptly informed me and worked to resolve it. When he notified me, he had already taken steps to mitigate the problem or he had a recommendation in hand for resolution. He or Belinda kept me fully informed in real time as repairs were made, alleviating worry and stress on my end. I cannot thank them enough!
