I found Kristen via referral from a group list and I am so happy I did, as Kristin and her team were just amazing. I thought the transaction was going to be straightforward, but it turned out to have several unexpected curves, including requiring reaching out to the title insurance company and a bunch of hoops. All along the way Kristen was helpful, patient, dug up the information I needed when the next step depended on me, and made the transaction happen on time even when it seemed like we would never make our deadline. She and her team were always a pleasure to work with, always responsive, and simply made the deal happen. Kristin kept me informed of all the activities involved with selling my property in Florida.
