Jim was beyond wonderful! He helped make our home buying experience easy & as smooth as possible. Very knowledgeable about each home he showed us. He even went out of his way to show us homes that weren't listed under him. Jim was so patient & kind when I wanted to see the same home multiple times & even spoke to us while he was on vacation! Couldn't ask for a better relator & now I'm happy to call him friend!

I was living in Va at the time I was looking for a house to purchase and as a house came on the market our he herd of one coming up soon he would call to inform me on it. As I would make the drive to Chester WV from Va Beach James Arehart would have all the houses lined up in order to look at. He would pick Me and my wife up and we would start viewing houses.
