Joe Ross is hands down the easiest realtor to work with. As soon as you send him an address you want to look at, he gets the sellers disclosure to you immediately so you can see what’s going on with the house now. I was a first time buyer and I had no clue what I was doing and he made the process so incredibly easy. Whether I didn’t know what to look for in the house or how to go about getting in contact with a mortgage lender he answered it so fast. If Joe didn’t know the answer he would find out for me. I wanted my parents as some showings and he let me bring them which might be unconventional, but he was so encouraging of it. What an amazing human being Joe Ross is. USE HIM
