•She did everything she could to move our property at a time when real estate sales in the area were crashing, and other properties like ours were being withdrawn from the sales market and put on the rental market. She hung onto the offers that were made, keeping the buyers on the line, until we finally had a deal. We were ecstatic.
Our first advice from Alexis focused on how to prepare our property for sale to show well and attract interest. She guided us to do cost-effective cosmetic improvements (fresh paint, some flooring upgrades) that made the property move-in ready. She had referrals to help us accomplish this in a cost-effective way. Then she guided us to review market conditions, including comparable sales, to price our home right to achieve a sale. Alexis was readily accessible and responsive to our questions or concerns throughout the process. This woman knows her business! I highly recommend her.
