"I was impressed with Lynn at our first communication. I am very glad that I utilized her services. I have bought and sold several properties over the years and this experience was by far the best I have experienced. Very responsive and efficient. Lynn Werner is AWESOME! I will seek her out for any future Florida real estate transactions in the future and I highly recommend her!"

"Lynn has been managing this and two other properties that we owned. She also helped us sell one last year. She's been wonderful both as manager and sales agent. Very professional, always available and going the extra mile if necessary."

"Lynn Werner did an excellent job of selling our condo. We had a sale within one day but unfortunately the buyer lost their funding at the last minute before closing. Lynn had paperwork done and the condo back on the market very quickly and another buyer within a very short time. She also averted what could have been a catastrophe. We appreciated that she always checked back on our property after a showing. Thankfully, she discovered someone had turned on the oven and left it on. Our property was unoccupied so it could have been a dangerous situation if it had been left unattended for a long period. We were very pleased that her attention prevented a possible bad situation from occurring. We would recommend Lynn Werner to anyone looking for a realtor to sell their property."

"Lynn Werner is the absolute best agent one could ask for, for both purchasing and selling. I totally trust her. She leads step by step and never falters. She sold the house for exactly what she anticipated and as quickly as she predicted. And she turned a very stressful process into a very pleasant experience."

"Lynn Werner has been very active in the community for many years, being involved in service clubs and helping out in community events. This helped give me confidence in her in addition to an established reputation of being an excellent realtor. Lynn was the consummate professional start to finish. If I had a complaint, it would be the enormous amount of info she provided regarding the sale, what I needed to do, and what to expect. Lynn took all the time needed to explain the process completely, and was available anytime to answer any questions and make me feel completely comfortable with the process. In addition, she coached me on what improvements to make to increase the value of the property, resulting in the value almost doubling. I could not have hoped for a better experience and would highly recommend her to anyone."
