I would recommend Marion to anyone looking to buy. He helped me through the extremely hot Denver Metro market. It was frustrating at times but Marion definitely made the difference. Very personable and kind. This is someone that is going to have your best interest in mind. Marion knew if a home was a good fit or not and would consult with me instead of trying to force me into something. He knows the market well and knows when to get aggressive.
