Barbara was friendly and very informative.
Barbara knows the real estate market and was very knowledgeable about sun city. She got more money for our house then we asked for. I think that says it all.

Stellar Agent Joan Diamond
Joan was a delight to work with as my husband and I were looking for a property on Hilton Head Island. We made three last minute trips to look at properties and Joan was always available to meet with us and show us the few properties on the market. She even offered a pizza to a renter to entice them to let us view a property.

Extremely honest, upfront, communicative, and great to work with.
Selling a house at the top of the market was not an easy task. Carl was very professional as know his job. Selling a house is never easy an bring many stressors, Carl is not only a great realtor, he is an excellent person and care about his clients.
