Colleen went above and beyond each day for looking for houses for our family. Once we found a house she got us the best price, she is like a working machine. Took in account that we needed a house right away. We ask for help with inspectors, lawyer, loan agent, she got us everyone we needed right away and all were a fit for us. I would highly recommend Colleen to anyone I know looking for a realtor. We never hesitated to contact Colleen if we had a question. She was always ahead of us before we needed to ask the question with the answer. I wouldn't use any other agent, Colleen is my go to person.
