•"Jay helped with both the sale of my condo and the purchase of a family farm. He was extremely patient with me and my family, in fact, he was outstanding in regards to dealing with five different personalities. We did not all have the same goals and were at times working at cross purposes. It took an inordinate amount of patience as we were looking all over north Georgia and in fact went through three homes, including losing earnest money on one because my family couldn't agree. It was very trying to say the least. At last we found a place that the majority agreed on and made it to closing. Because of our conflicting agendas, we were struggling with finding a place and because of that, my condo was on and off the market 3 times. My family finally settled on a place between Calhoun and Ellijay.. You will appreciate how persistent and patient Jay is whether it's finding a new place or selling your old one. My condo was sold within a few days, but the sale fell thru because of an issue the buyer had; the 3rd time we put it back on the market we wound up with 2 backup contracts. When we went to the first backup she was somewhat indecisive, but decided to hang in there. Jay's advise during this time was extremely invaluable in weighing the two backup contracts. We did get above asking price because it was a seller's market. But there were so many ups and downs that I got frustrated. However, Jay was very patient helped me get through it. So we made it to closing and I finally got to move. Even a seller's market can be harrowing for the seller.... and her agent! I would whole-heartedly recommend Jay as he is diligent, persistent, patient, and provides valuable information, based on his years of experience."
