Amy is a unbelievable resource for anyone looking for a home from outside the area. She worked unflaggingly for us from our first contact, making sure she had a clear understanding of what we were looking for and then helping us find it. She set up two complete house hunting trips and we did not see a single home that did not fit within the specs that we were looking for - all the time we spent looking felt high-value due to the time and energy she put into filtering options and coordinating the visits. She managed every detail flawlessly, taking care of us as a family during our visits from outside the country, and has continuously worked above and beyond to make the home buying process as easy and stress-free as possible. Amy is a consummate professional who exceeds in the technical execution of her job (identifying properties, setting up visits, helping negotiate an offer, ....) as well as a personal touch that made my family and I feel like our job search was the most important thing she was doing. Working with Amy was like working with a family member, with her conscientious attention to the smallest details. She made sure we felt comfortable during the entire process and went so above and beyond in terms of her assistance with related topics like house insurance, window treatments, etc... no topic was too small for her to have on her list of topics with which she was willing and able to help. I cannot imagine a more flawless home purchasing process.
