I wouldn't have selected anyone other than Tim Garvey as my broker

I wouldn't have selected anyone other than Tim Garvey as my broker. Tim had previously helped me rent an apartment and buy a condo. He is dedicated and good at his job, but most importantly to me he is a genuinely good person. He always put my needs first and treated me with respect. It was a no-brainer choosing him as my broker and looking back, I can say it was yet again the right choice to pick Tim. As this was my first time selling property, I didn't have a great understanding of what price to set and how things would unfold. I trust Tim, so I took him at his word. He was spot on with his prediction as to how things would unfold. That impressed me and further proved to me that Tim has my best intentions in mind -- he isn't just saying things that he thinks his clients want to hear. Tim's strategy was also particularly impressive and I feel we got the best deal because of it. Tim's characteristics are the main reason that I have selected him as my broker in the past and will continue to in the future. He is a wonderful man who cares about his clients and it shows through his work. I would recommend Tim to anyone.
