•Having Vince as my realtor made my home buying experience very positive and less stressful. I was very impressed with his involvement during showings. He went above and beyond to give the pro's and con's of the houses I looked at. For example, he would check the plumbing underneath sinks, check out the sump pumps, check the condition of the roof, check the electrical box, etc. It was helpful to know this information before making an offer on a house. It gave me an idea prior to the inspection what repairs would need to be made. Vince was always available by phone or email whenever I had questions or concerns day or night. He assisted me with getting my closing done within 10 days after submitting my offer. Since the house I purchased will be remodeled, Vince gave me many referrals of reputable people and business' to assist me in the remodeling of my new home. I will be recommending Vince to my friends and family who are looking to purchase a new home or sell their home
