"Rhonda Williams is a real estate agent, but better. When facing the challenge of buying a new home, especially not having done so before, things start to become overwhelming real fast. Rhonda made the buying process more streamlined than a Japanese bullet train. First of all, I was kept up to speed about new listings that fit what I was looking for. I don't mean just the automated MLS email updates, I got those, but she also called me when something particularly good came along. I got the benefit of her local knowledge for the home I actually bought, which was under my budget, and met all my needs. Rhonda was always available for a call, and never late when meeting up for a house showing or closing. Rhonda made all efforts to ensure that my fiance and I were squared away for getting a nice home. I really cannot say anything bad at all. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house, and especially military or veterans like myself who are using their VA home Loan. Besides being a wonderful person to work with in finding a home, Rhonda also managed to help us snag some free upgrades to the house. We felt like her service was a benefit, and not a boon. She even managed to get the bank (who was not really willing when I spoke with them) to move the closing date up for us several days early! (This was right at Christmas time too!) So yea... if you can get Rhonda as your agent, you are going to be a-ok! She is an agent that cares and it shows. You can certainly do worse, but I doubt you can do better! :) Thanks again Rhonda!"

"Rhonda gave us all the time we needed and was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I feel that if we ever have to use a different realtor we will be very disappointed. She was on time, drove us to each showing, and got us around to several houses each day in a timely manner. She made knowledgeable observations about properties that us first time home buyers would not have known or noticed. Personally, I think she is hilarious and extremely personable, which was important to me, which makes what can be a very stressful time, much more fun. "Very friendly and amazing communication. If you want a realtor who is constantly in touch and always available to answer questions Rhonda is the realtor for you. I knew nothing of the process and and because of my own naive thinking would not have found and closed on my house if it weren't for her... Literally 100% I owe her full credit for guiding me and teaching me along the way and ultimately finding my first home.
