When the appraiser showed up, she was relentlessly pointing out the qualities our house had to offer, and we ended up getting the exact number she quoted us. Being in the military, I have a lot of experience with individuals buying and selling homes, and I have never seen anyone go through and decorate as Yana did for us. The best part about Yana is that she genuinely cares about you as a person, a lot of realtors only care about money, and that is not the case with Yana.
