Ron did an outstanding job with all aspects of the sale of our house. He is extremely knowledgeable, very detail oriented, and highly effective. He reviewed and analyzed all closing documents that were submitted to him in a complete and thorough manner and caught a slight discrepancy in the paperwork from the title company. He immediately contacted the buyer's title company to call their attention to this and made sure the final closing documents were properly revised.
