•From start to finish, Ryan was always accessible and always on top of everything from the lender to title company at closing. He made himself available and went out of his way to try to accommodate our schedule, since we were doing this from out of town. He walked us through the process, answering even our 'inexperienced' questions with patience. I can't recommend him highly enough. I would call on him again without a second thought if we had future real state needs. A consummate professional.
The agent was very open in communicating with us and explaining the value of our home. He marketed our property effectively and sold it at a time of year that we were worried about since the property was seasonal and was sold while it could not be used due to the cold.
