•Stacey met with us at the beginning of November 2021 and explained the crazy market and how we might be able to be a little more competitive on any offers we’d like to make on a home. She was very knowledgeable. We had a few homes we wanted to see during the week after standard working hours and she made sure to be there regardless of her location (she was located about 25-30 minutes north of where we were looking). She made us feel like her only clients! One weekend she was going to be out of town but knew we would be going on some house tours, so she made sure an agent in her office was able to come along if we needed. We ended up liking a home when she was gone and she drafted up the offer in the middle of her weekend away, and we ended up with the best offer! Stacey goes above & beyond for her clients to make them feel extremely important. We are now moved into our first home and cannot thank Stacey enough!
