•Laura was right on top of the process of seeking our house and helped us along the whole way. She helped from the early stages of getting the home ready to sell. She even gave us tips and ideas to help make the home the most presentable. Then she gave us a very detailed idea of what the comparison market was and what we could expect with the home market in the area. Laura also used an online scheduling platform to book the showings. With the communications and Laura checking in with us, the process of showing was easier than expected. We did run into some setbacks with offers stemming from unfortunate situations with potential buyers, but Laura was right on top of the situation and kept us informed and the process moving quickly as we wanted to sell quickly also. I appreciate her help from the beginning all the way to the closing with the title company. Laura took the time to answer any questions I had during any part of the process. Thank you Laura. I most definitely appreciate everything you did along the way. Your knowledge, experience and expertise was great.
