Austin found our dream home in 24 hours!

We had been house hunting for a while and were looking in TN, KY, and Va. We didn’t care which state but needed a house large enough for our family and a decent amount of land. We had met with a few agents and went to several houses and nothing worked. I had given up hope, we thought we were going to have to choose between space or land because we just couldn’t have both. We were driving to look at a house and with only a couple hours away we couldn’t get a hold of anyone to view this house(we had been trying for like 2 days). We clicked the button on Zillow to match us with an agent and thank god it matched us with Wendy and Austin. I had spoke to Wendy and she couldn’t make it at that time but Austin jumped right in and met us there in 2 hours and was also pretty late in the evening. The house ended up not working out but meeting Austin for the first time he asked us what we wanted, what we needed and location preferences. We told him, with no expectation that he would find anything. We had worked with agents in VA and TN that never sent us one single house to look at. We had been doing all the research on our own and reaching out to them to view houses. This was our first time buying and thought this was normal. That very same night he sent us a house. We looked at each other and said this is it! This is the one! We have to see it. He got us in the next morning and we fell in love! Wendy met us at the house this time and showed us around. Very knowledgeable and found answers to any questions we had. We loved it, it was perfect for our family! We left the house and made an offer that day! We met Wendy and Austin, found a house and closed all within 20 days. They made it the smoothest and fastest close as we needed something now! We really felt the love and care that they have for helping others find their happily ever after! Austin and Wendy will be our forever realtors.
