Phong Lam has over exceeded my expectation! A couple of years ago, I was inquiring about the sale of my commercial mixed-use property with Phong, but ended up listing it with a couple of other Agents in the past couple of years with no success and not many showings! Fast forward a few years later, I've reached back out to Phong for assistance and to help me market my property. Phong got right on it with the market analysis to help position the property to where the market is and took many photos and editing those photos prior to posting it onto the market. He is very professional, friendly, respectful & knowledgeable in what he does! He advised and educated me all throughout the transaction and literally got me more showings & verbal offers than the past 2 years combined! Phong was able to secure a very good offer for my property and we had just recently settled! Even prior to settlement, I have already referred Phong out to all of my families & friends and he had already put one of my friend's property up for sale! Century 21 is very lucky to have Phong Lam in the company! I would highly recommend Phong to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a property without any hesitation! Like the saying goes... "You get what you pay for" is so true!
