•Rachel’s expertise, intelligence, ethical standard, empathy and warm personality means her clients receive real estate services beyond expectations. She is well educated in the current and projected real estate market. She explained options and expectations throughout the process. Rachel provided names and numbers of professionals (carpet, paint, make-ready, etc.) so we could prepare the house for sale. She even provided options so we wouldn’t have to take time off work to meet vendors at the house. She kept in constant communicated with us and worked extremely hard to keep the sale moving forward. Rachel even attended the closing -which turned out to be invaluable. Saying Rachel goes above and beyond for her clients she putting it mildly. I wouldn’t want any other realtor representing me -as a seller or buyer!
