Kim made our whole house buying and selling experience as low stress as we could have possibly dreamed for. She helped us with our house hunting process in ways that we didn't expect but really needed and thus helping us find our dream home. She helped stage our house that allowed for us to get a full ask offer in a challenging housing market and we couldn't have been more pleased with the results and how she handled everything. Saying she went above and beyond is a gross understatement. Even when going through the closing process, there were things happening on the buyers end that we didn't need to know at the time but she kept us in the loop for what we needed but shielded us from things we couldn't control and would only stress about. She gave us the perfect amount of proactive communication and was always willing to answer whatever questions we had while never hiding any information. We would 100% use her again if we ever needed an agent and cannot recommend her and her team enough!

When I was deciding to sell my home, I asked a friend for a recommendation for a realtor to work with. I was given Kim's name and I called her that day. Right from that very first phone call, I knew that working with Kim was going to be a great experience, and I wasn't wrong. Kim's knowledge and experience helped my home selling / buying adventure to be without stress and actually fun at times. She with with me during the moments of stress, and she was there to celebrate when the process was moving along. Her marketing of my home was top-notch, and as a result of her hard work, my home sold in 2 days. And as a buyer of a newly constructed home, she helped me with all of the ins and outs of that and worked with me daily on the hiccups that came up. Bryce, was kind, well informed and professional.

I had a difficult situation, I was selling a house with someone who didn't want to sell. Bryce listened to both of us and did everything in his power to make sure we were all on the same page and moving towards the goal line. Bryce took the time to listen to each of us, and sad to say played mediator between the other seller and myself. Bryce was slow to say something so he could truly understand and process, then quick to take action that was in our best interest. In the 11th hour the other person selling disrupted the closing and Bryce worked tirelessly, diligently, ethically, and in the best interest of everyone to get the closing executed. When we were looking for realtors we interviewed other top selling realtors that were falshier, but didn't give us the feeling that they cared about us. Bryce was honest, but caring in difficulty conversations. Never about him, it was always about us and our needs, and what he could do to get us there. The other person selling HATES realtors, and LOVED Bryce. Bryce went above and beyond our expectations. Words cannot express or convey my gratitude.
