Kim was fantastic all around! We believe she excelled in communication and helping us understand every step of the process. She ensures we stayed within our set budget when finding a home, and makes the process of finding a home, a total breeze! Kim excelled in communication with our lenders, and the sellers agent, ensuring everyone involved is always on the same page! We couldn’t have asked for a smoother process, and that was all thanks to having Kim as our agent!

Bryce did a thorough market review of the houses in my area before recommending a selling price. He was always quick to respond to my questions. Bryce skillfully navigated me through what was a very complicated process for me, and made it a manageable and even enjoyable experience. He responded quickly both by phone and in person. I would highly recommend Bryce to anyone I know who is planning to sell or buy a new home.

Bryce works hard for you is honest and looks after your best interests first. Highly recommended

Kim was an amazing person to work with, she got my wife and I into our dream home. She took care of so much for us, on both buying and selling. No matter the situation, Kim worked her butt off to find a solution. She is someone you can trust and really share your thoughts to. She is a straight shooter and gets the job done. I would recommend her to anyone and will definitely call her when we are ready to buy a new home in the future.

I had a great experience with them. And they were able to sell my house in a very short amount of time. They always made time to answer any questions that came up.

Very patient and good communication. He always available to help and walked me through everything I needed.

Bryce, your team excelled in all areas of the real estate transaction from prepping the home with your hands on design/remodel ideas, pricing, sourcing contractor help and to handling challenging contractual negotiations with ease and creativity. I’m a first time homebuyer who was super stressed about the entire buying process since I didn’t know a single thing about it. Mustafa and the Centric Homes team exceeded my expectations drastically. Everything was so smooth from house hunting to the final walkthrough. The flexibility, communication, patience, and transparency were everything I could have asked for. I knew I was in good hands the whole way through. I can’t recommend Mustafa and the team enough!

Mustafa was wonderful! He communicated thoroughly and made sure we understood every step of the process. He also negotiated to help us get a great deal for our home!

Working with Kim and the Centric Homes Team was such an AMAZING experience, and they went above and beyond my expectations. From the very first conversation we had, we felt heard and extremely supported. Kim was incredibly proactive and hands on throughout our search for our dream home and in the selling of our house. They made sure there was a solution and plan every step of the way. We never felt like we were doing this alone which I am so grateful for. This was a team that fought for us and made sure that we were taken care of and set up for success in our home buying process, selling process and they made sure we took into account what living in our future house would be like. They asked questions that really made us expand our minds, boundaries, and truly think on our future goals and needs. This wasn't just a transaction. This was way more than that to both Kim and ourselves - there was so much care, consideration and hard work that she and her team put into this. They really got to know us, our family, our goals, what we wanted in our future, how we wanted our future to flow and they helped make it happen. I never thought in my wildest dreams that my family and I would have our dream home, and Kim and the Centric Homes team made that happen. I know that there was SO much more behind the scenes that we had no clue about, but they made the process look and feel seamless to us. There truly aren't enough words or the right words to express our gratitude for Kim and her team. I have never had an experience like this with such exceptional care and support. I will sing their praises every chance I get and will recommend Kim and the Centric Homes Team over and over and over again. Tyler and I are so unbelievably thankful! Thank you so much for helping us find our dream home! I'm still in awe every day that I wake up! Thank you!
