I was put in contact with her through a website. She took the initiative to look up what the house looked like when I bought it and she asked me if all the bathrooms still had the wallpaper, which it didn’t and had major updates. I was very impressed with her and she stood out from the other realtors that thought sending me comps was important, as if I wasn’t smart enough to be aware of them already. She also kept in contact with me for over a year after I severely broke my leg and the selling was put on hold for a year.
