Beyond the quality of training, experience and professionalism that Erica possesses, it’s her passion and altruism that sets her apart. From beginning to end, Erica made our home buying experience, her home buying experience. She was perceptive, flexible, and determined to get us into the home we wanted and needed for our growing family. With my husband and I both working full time, and trying to manage a newborn and wedding planning in between, with Erica, we never skipped a beat. Erica was taking us to 5-6 showings a night back to back for months. As soon as a house came on the market Erica was advocating on our behalf- pulling inspection reports and scheduling showings within minutes. We also appreciated that Erica never pushed any decisions on us. Her primary focus was getting us the pertinent information we needed in a timely manner and being upfront and honest with all of our questions... even if it meant her answers would ultimately lead to us resuming our search rather than putting an offer in that day. As first time home buyers, she walked beside us every step of the way, taking the extra time to explain WHY things are done so we were empowered to make informed decisions vs. blindly agreeing to things because we didn’t even know what questions to ask. Up until closing day, she was in constant contact with us and the sellers agent to broker the best deal possible. She never stopped working for us AND with us. Choosing Erica was a no brainer, and we are better home owners because of it.

Peggy did a first class job representing us in the sale of our property. She had ready answers to most of our questions. Our property was a farm with unique features . As a result questions arose that were not typical to a routine sale. When those kinds of questions arose she said “I don’t know but I will find out “ and she did. That attitude impressed me. Her professionalism was top shelf and it was evident that she is extremely experienced and organized. Peggy was in constant contact with us and that avoided the angst that often comes with a large transaction such as the sale of property.I don’t know how to put in words how confident she made us feel throughout this process. 👍
