•Kathleen and her partner, Mike, handled the sale of my mother’s house in an outstanding professional manner. They guided me through the process and pointed out where I could improve and prepare the house for sale achieving a maximum price. The pictures and video of the house for all internet platforms were beautiful done accenting all the highlights of the house. They priced the house right in a tight market. Many offers were received, 3 at or above asking price. Closing was smooth and simple, with no issues. I highly recommend Kathleen and would use her and her team again!
