•Amy was a joy to work with. She's an excellent communicator and is always ahead of potential challenges. She goes above and beyond; for example, the morning of our open house, a few dozen fish had landed on our beach overnight due to lake warming from excessive heat the day before. She collected the fish by hand so that by the opening the shore was clear. She also worked tirelessly with repairmen and a local attorney to finalize new easement clauses for the buyers in the closing documents. We received 3 offers by 1 pm on the first day and closed in about a month. Amy knows the local community well, which facilitated completing our move out of our house and its cleaning in prep for closing. She is also kind, empathetic, and energetic. Couldn't ask for more in an agent. Would highly recommend her to sellers and buyers!
