•Home buying isn't what it used to be, and you need a good agent to make sure things go right. The Jankowski Team is the answer. We have been buying and selling houses since the 1960's and a lot has changed since the days when a realtor made the choices of which properties to see and then drove the buyers around to see them. Thanks to the internet we can search and view details about prospective properties and narrow the choices according to our needs. But what happens after that? When you're buying from out of town as we were it can be quite expensive and time consuming to travel to the properties only to find out that the listing doesn't give the full picture. The Jankowski Team of Jeni and Blake made this process very easy by learning our needs and desires and then volunteering to go to each property we were interested in and sending us videos and comments from each one so we could get a good feel for them and help us decide if it was worth the trip. During the process we validated the old saying that "All that glitters is not gold". Jeni and Blake are very knowledgeable about the area around North Tucson and the surrounding area, and they advised us about the pros and cons and potential pitfalls of each neighborhood and property. Our needs were hard to meet and the the process took almost six months, but Jeni and Blake stayed with us and helped us select the perfect home and helped us negotiate the best deal possible. There were hiccups and a false start along the way, but they didn't give up. We're now in our "forever home" and loving it. If you are looking for an team to help you through this tough process we heartily recommend the Jankowski Team
