•Buying a new house can be a stressful process but I was blessed to be able to have Erica McPhail as my realtor from CENTEX Priority Real Estate, to guide me through the entire process with ease. She is very knowledgeable and professional, and has a great sense of humor, which is very calming when unpredictable situations arise. (In real estate anyone who’s ever sold and/or bought a house knows all too well the scramble to bring everything together and the unexpected hurdles along the way) I moved from Ohio to Texas and many times Erica was my “eyes “ and toured homes for me and sent me YouTube videos of each house with her professional input. I now have a beautiful new house in Copperas Cove Texas and I thank the Good Lord for Erica McPhail!
