We met Lynda in 2006 at our local dog park. We were immediately Impressed with her knowledge and professionalism of real estate. We had bought a house the previous year at the peak of the real estate boom. A year later with Lynda’s perseverance we purchased a house down the street 5 houses from the 1st house for less than half the price of the first house. We were not financially free to actually buy the house at that time but with Lynda’s guidance we were able to get a loan and complete the purchase. The new home was a fixer upper but with much advice and guidance of roofing companies , pool builders, electricians and other names we moved into the new home in less than 2 months. We have remained best friends and actually this past year she guided us in buying a 4th house and sold our 2 other homes. Lynda is very devoted to her real estate with much knowledge and valuable information . We would not use any other realtor in south Florida and are pleased to make this recommendation.

I am very impressed with Lynda Brown. She was beyond patient during our numerous property searches and site visits, she demonstrated a mastery of knowledge of Broward County properties and neighborhood-specific details including a brief history of each, and overall demonstrated the ability to find "the right house" for me and my family. She is highly ethical and professional as she walked me through the entire process from presenting initial property listings all the way through being present at the streamlined closing process. I highly recommend and am grateful to her for helping me go from renter to homeowner in the minefield that is real estate in South Florida. After three long years of frustration dealing with probate, unhelpful realtors, lawyers who couldn't get things done and some difficult family dynamics, Lynda stepped in with professionalism, patience and compassion- qualities that were desperately needed at that point. Lynda handled every obstacle with grace and determination. She kept communication open, explained each step clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure my mom's condo sale finally closed smoothly. Her expertise and calm guidance made what had been a stressful and emotional process so much easier. I can't recommend Lynda enough. I have brought and sold many properties in my time and I would have to say Lynda was a blessing. Without her skill and knowledge my recent purchase would have never happened. Each day was a new issue, even up to the day of closing, which she dealt with calmly and expertly. No problem that was insurmountable (there were many) and they were resolved.
