Kathy was the listing associate for a vacant lot we were looking at, even though that lot didn't work out for us she was very willing to help us on others that were listed with Zillow. Since we were from out to state I emailed Kathy to give here the dates we were to be in town to look at other lots and she was very willing to make her self available with short notice. I know that there's not a lot of commission to be made on vacant property but Kathy was just as interested in finding what we wanted as if it were a $500k house. We did find the lot that we liked and she helps us though the buying process in short time. We were able to leave knowing that everything was taken care of.
