•I worked with Jessie to sell my house - definitely recommend her to anyone else selling, especially in this weird market. The market was very dynamic during our time working together. Between the first meeting and the closing, a lot changed with the market. She is a fantastic seller's agent. She loves selling, gets it, is creative, determined, knows the market well, does her homework, and she also listens really well. I interviewed 3 agents before picking Jessie and one thing I was looking for was someone who would listen to my perspective on the sale, which she did. Equally important, she communicates really well and is clear about her professional opinion in various situations. She does not shy away from giving her advice and she also listened to my perspective. She is a thoughtful and skilled negotiator as well, which became important for my sale (not always the case). I think this was more important because the market was shifting towards a strong buyer's market while I was trying to sell. She kept me informed through the whole process, which I really appreciated. Her support staff that helped from contract-to-closing was also very professional and communicative. I wasn't worried that the ball was going to get dropped. So bottom line - great seller's agent and I highly recommend to other sellers!
