She is always prepared and very knowledgeable about the property she’s selling

Nelda does extensive market research on every property she sells. She actually takes dozens of photographs of the property to refresh her memory for being knowledgeable in showing the site. If she is unsure about a fact or matter she tells you then does the necessary research to answer your question. I have used Nelda for all the real estate I have sold and have recommended her to everyone who seeks a reference from me.
