•Meeting Bruno for the first time a few years ago, while on vacation, he found the time to show us the area in and around Bay Hill, and also some of the homes there. Fast forward, 2 years later, we contacted him as we were ready to purchase. Although we were up in the Northeast, Bruno spent much time virtually showing us homes , and personally went to them, checking them out for us. We enjoyed seeing them in videos he took himself for our perusal. He is very knowledgeable about the process of buying a house and professional in all the particulars. He tirelessly guided us through the entire process. He is meticulous in the details . The house we bought was sight unseen, something we never thought we would have done, however with the expert knowledge that Bruno gave us to assure us that the home we were buying was just what we wanted, it turns out to be absolutely perfect. We could not be happier. Don't believe we would have done this without the input and expertise from Bruno, and the trust we completely had in his guidance. We have subsequently referred other buyers to Bruno and sure they have the same feelings. Not only did we buy our home with Bruno, but we have also become good friends as well as neighbors.
