As first-time homebuyers preparing to make a cross-country move, at a time when the market has steadily become overly competitive, we came across John DESPERATE for guidance. We had previously been working with another agent from a different company who just wasn’t giving us the warm and fuzzy on the house hunting front, so once we got connected with John, we knew we made the right call. He paid close attention to the style of home we were looking for, from having a nice size lot down to the finishes on the home. He took the time to show us several houses that we asked to see and even ones he suggested based on our criteria, all virtually over video chat, making sure to point out various flaws and updates we would have to make. He helped us with making multiple offers and encouraged us through the subsequent disappointments. John even offered to sell us his own house, brand new updates and all! When we finally found what would turn out to be “the one,” John arranged to go see it, had nothing bad to say about it, and told us that it would be a really good home for us and proceeded to assist us in making the best offer we could for it. Thanks to all his help, we are getting ready to move into our beautiful new home, which he has been so gracious to look after until we get there. We are so grateful for what John has done for our family and couldn’t recommend anyone better!
