•21 years ago, while on our annual summer vacation to Bend, Oregon we had this crazy idea of buying a vacation house in Bend. We visited a real estate company, who shall remain nameless, the agent we spoke to took no interest in us and sent us on our way. We ended up accidentally driving to a new gated golf course community sales office. This is not what we were thinking for a vacation house, but fortunately we met Frank Koster on that visit. After several subsequent visits to Bend, Frank showed us everything that was on the market and he sold us a house in 2000. When it was time to consider finding a retirement home and selling our vacation house, Frank is the only broker we would work with. He found us the perfect retirement house and sold our old house in no time at all. Now that it is time to retire to Bend, he helped us find real estate brokers to sell our primary residence thousand of miles away! We highly recommend Frank Koster because of his professionalism, experience, knowledge of Bend and loyalty to his customers beyond the sale. Do not be put off by his casual nature, after all it is Bend, Oregon, he is a fierce negotiator! It has been an extreme pleasure working with Frank over the years.
