The Best Agent In Bend, Hands Down

We were not the easiest clients. We spent over a year hemming and hawing at different properties. We had a ton of parameters and we felt that all of them were important. The property needed to be in the right part of town, have a yard, get good sun, be able to generate rental income, it goes on and on. Colleen NEVER got upset or tired of us and she stuck with us until the PERFECT home came on the market and then held our hands through a very complicated property line issue that turned into a three-way negotiation between us, the seller, and the neighbor. To say that Colleen is hard working is an understatement. She was constantly on the lookout for us, pulling documents, doing research, calling third-parties to get quotes, I mean even down to the cracks in the sidewalk, she called on our behalf to figure out what it would cost to fix so we could ask for a bigger sellers credit. If you are looking to buy a home or invest, pick Colleen. There is no one better. She is a Bend local, she is an investor, and she deeply understands the objective AND subjective things that can turn a house into a home while still being an excellent investment.
