In prepping for the sale of our home Ivanny helped us clean and stage the home so it would be beautiful for photos. She helped us strategize for price improvements and wording for our listing. She took great time and care to ensure we were informed and happy with every choice. She used her resources to gather information hosting a brokers open and discussing feedback with us. We were always part of the process and she made herself available for any questions we had. Anything we needed. She was there. She wasn’t just available and informative. She was honest as well. As soon as I met Honesty I felt like we were kindred spirits. She went above and beyond to help us navigate a sale but the sellers were just not interested in doing what was right. She didn’t force us into looking at properties just to get us in a house after that sale went south. She completely understood our needs and our style. More than once we contacted each other at the same time on a house that just pooped up on the market. With our relocating from Minnesota we weren’t able to come down to look at one house we really liked. She did a virtual showing and from that plus her inspection of things we cared about, we made an offer. We trusted her implicitly to make an offer without seeing the house in person. I would definitely recommend Honesty. She even set up our garbage service because she knew we were busy moving!
