This was our first time to have a virtual experience in purchasing a home. Austin was a true joy to work with. He more than met our expectations in viewing homes for us and being our eyes and ears since we were not able to be physically present for the purchase. He walked us through homes on FaceTime and was open with his concerns and observations. Given the current market we knew that it was in our best interest to act quickly on offers as they came into the market. Austin was always available to answer our questions and act in our best interest. We will be in the market in Florida again on a few years since this home was for our daughter, and we will definitely be looking for Austin to represent us again.

Not only did she make purchasing our new house an absolute joy, but she helped arrange for services to be transferred, new installations and was our "boots on the ground" when we were out of state during the first month after closing. She is very highly recommended.

It was an absolutely great experience working with Amanda. I have purchased two homes with her help. She was absolutely amazing throughout this nerve wrecking process of house hunting in Tampa Bay area. She was quick to reply, she jumped over hoops to find a good deal and close on it. She has proven herself to be a very hard working person, and she helped me work on a very complicated deal. The week before closing my financing fell through. Amanda helped me get in touch with a different mortgage processor to resolve the situation. I am forever grateful to her! I strongly recommend Amanda!

Amanda’s professionalism was evident from the start and throughout. She made it clear that she wouldn’t be happy unless we were happy with the end result, which put us at ease. And to say that we were difficult clients might be an understatement - what and where we ended up buying was a 180-degree change from what we initially sought. We saw dozens of homes and made offers on about a dozen. We barely came in 2nd on a few right before we hooked the big fish. Amanda handled each step along the way with aplomb. She didn’t allow us to lose sight of the bigger picture even when we hit a wall.
