Andi is the best! She went out of her way on numerous occasions, was very knowledgeable about the process, and got us through a stressful situation. I’m very appreciative and happy that we got a chance to work with her and would recommend her to anyone going through this process.

Andi did a very professional job of selling our property
Andi did a very professional job of selling our property. It seemed like there were many obstacles to overcome during the process, but Andi just kept forging ahead and solving each problem as it came. She probably spent more time than normal in troubleshooting and in getting all the paperwork in order to get the sale completed. She was able to get the job done in a timely manner with all parties satisfied. Andi has great people skills and is kind and thoughtful in working with her clients. We would highly recommend her to others and if needed, would use her expertise again.

Wendy went above and beyond what she was supposed to do
Wendy went above and beyond what she was supposed to do. She did more for us than our lending company(she did most of their job also). She never backed down and pushed for what needed to be done. If we didnt have Wendy we probably wouldn't of got our house. I will never use anyone but her for my next home buying. I highly recommend Wendy for anyone buying/selling a home.
