Most hardworking and compassionate realtor you will ever have the pleasure of working with

Carrie worked over time almost every single day for about 2 months to make sure my husband and I could get a house for our baby boy. She sent SO many emails, scheduled late night calls, and showed up for us in every way it counted. She got us discounts where she could, helped us work through so many stupid kinks in the road, and just made this entire experience so worth it. She also prayed with us over our house, which was so much more than we could have ever hoped for. Carrie is FANTASTIC. If you want the house of your dreams, you GO TO CARRIE. She is phenomenal. I will never go to another realtor or loan officer. I love her so much. She was so patient the entire two years we worked up to buying a house and then she made it happen for us. If you know what’s good for you, you will choose Carrie to be your realtor.

A great overall experience!

I felt very lucky to be assigned to Bill through the lending company. He made himself available for several days of tours and even spent time with myself and the contractor when deciding on renovations, prior to closing. Bill was actually the one who supplied the name of a good contractor! When I decided to switch to a cash purchase he did what was necessary to facilitate that last minute change. I would highly recommend Bill when considering who to work with as a buyer!
