New Town New Home
Erika was there for us every step of the way. From choosing a home in a brand new town to making sure we understood all the steps in the process. We ended up selecting a new build and for 6 months she would check on us and the home. She went out of her way to ensure we were getting exactly what we paid for and even helped us work with the builder when things came up. I couldn’t have asked for a more supportive realtor! She made us feel confident and always had our back from start to finish! She’s our family realtor now and I would recommend her to everyone!

The word "Amazing" doesn't do her justice
Made selling the property so much easier! I was new to selling, and have heard horror stories from friends and family about the market and the region. Erika was professional and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making the offer, to working with the title company. The best realtor I have ever dealt with.

Flawless and fabulous!!
Erika went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfectly. Her communication and attention to detail is more than one could even hope for. My only regret is not using her when we purchased our home, lesson learned!!

Personalized and Expedient Service
First time home buyer here! Erika was attentive to what I was looking for, and had the awareness and connections to find my house quickly. She was very involved and kept me apprised of what was happening with the process. Additionally, she always took the time to explain everything, and answer any question I had. Tough times made simple
Erika really showed up for my family and I through a difficult and unexpected time. In between visits to the hospital and drives back and forth regularly to Santa Fe, she made selling my mothers home a breeze. It was quick and simple with any bumps in the road easily worked out.
