About Erika

Meet Erika, the founder of Carpenter & Co. Realty. Her journey into the world of real estate kicked off in 2016 when she bought her first home and felt a little out of the loop on the whole thing. She knew there was more she could do for others who might feel the same way. In 2018 she Transitioned from a decade-long career as a dental assistant to becoming a Realtor®. She found the process both daunting and exhilarating. This experience inspired her to become the go-to Realtor® who not only offers options but also empowers clients to make confident decisions. As a military spouse and mom, Erika embodies adaptability and resilience—qualities she infuses into every transaction. Whether assisting step-up buyers or serving our military heroes and first responders, Erika brings a blend of creativity and a deeply personal touch. When she's not in the office, Erika relishes outdoor escapades and cherished moments around the fire with loved ones. Her business flourishes on the foundation of genuine, lifelong relationships. An Amazing Home Buying Experience

This was my first home purchase. Erika made is so easy to understand the process and was there with me every step of the way. She was patient, understanding and very professional. When I ran into some issues prior to closing and after and she was right there with me helping me solve these issues. I cannot stress enough, Erika has your best interests in mind.

Realtor of the year!

If and when a friend or family member consider buying a home, I will recommended Erika 100% of the time. She took the stress off buying our very first home. She was knowledgeable, compassionate, professional and just outstanding! Erika was always available and ready for any questions and concerns we had.
