As first-time homeowners, we came into the home buying process with minimal knowledge of what to expect. Brittany was extremely patient and kind as she helped us through every step of the process. She was consistently accessible, maintained a professional approach, and always answered questions we had. Throughout the process, she was extremely helpful by educating us of different options yet allowing us to make every decision on our own along the way. We never felt pressured by her and truly felt that Brittany was working in support of us the entire time. More specific to what Brittany provided us, she gave us a customized home search that updated as houses went on and off the market that we could save and rate. Because we were stationed overseas at the time, Brittany provided us with personal, virtual tours of the homes we were interested in. Even though we were watching it virtually, her knowledge and expertise made us feel like we were in the home touring it with her. She did an excellent job of pointing out pros and cons of the homes while not providing her personal opinions on them. Overall, the walking tours of every home were extremely detailed, insightful, and never felt rushed. After we decided on a home to put an offer on, she helped us through the process by explaining what to expect, letting us know about each form to expect, and of course answering all of our questions! This aspect of the home-buying process was especially stressful for us, and Brittany did an excellent job of explaining things to us and supporting the decisions that we made. We would recommend Brittany to ANYONE looking to buy a home! Her knowledge of real estate, buying/selling a home, and of the Jacksonville area is incredible. On top of that, she is patient, empathetic, and always happy to help!
