Toni was fantastic to work with! As first time home buyers we didn’t really know too much about what to look for when seeing a house or what kind of house we’d even like. Toni was very knowledgeable and guided us every step of the way. Her patience, expertise and negotiation skills are top of the line! Anyone would be lucky to work with her!

Toni helped us to buy a beautiful home at Rocky Hill. It took almost One and half years and I really appreciate her patience and efforts. One thing I most liked in her is, her responsiveness for any matter. If I text/call her anytime asking for help/doubt, she replies me with a solution. Anyone out there was buying or selling a home, I strongly recommend her. Thank You Toni.

Toni is an absolute pleasure to work with! She helped me sell my condo and provided excellent guidance throughout the process. She also helped my fiancee and I find the home we've been waiting for!! Toni always made herself available to work within our schedules. She was always on top of the latest additions to the market and immediately shared them with us. We are extremely happy with how both our selling and buying experiences were and highly recommend working with Toni. We know we will again!

Toni quickly got our condo on the market once we finalized the paperwork and stayed in contact with us as we went through the process. Her advice about what to do to get the condo ready was spot-on so we did not ended up putting more money into it than we needed. The first offer came in quickly and we closed about a month later.

Loved working with Toni! She’s like family to us now! Great advice and always patient, especially when we visited well over 20 homes. And some we saw more than once. She showed she really cared and always communicated with us in a timely manner. She made our first home buying experience simple and not stressful like other people we have talked to.
