We had narrow time limitations and they accommodated them perfectly. We were visiting from outside the area and had travel problems but they went out of their way to pick us up and take us where we needed to go when our car rental fell through. There was no pressure to sign contracts agreeing to their representation in our search for a new home. After our decision to purchase on of the homes we viewed they followed up with us extensively, informing us of what we needed to do do settle in on our interstate move, I.e. residency, drivers license.
