My wife Chelsey and I recently purchased a home in Myrtle Beach Golf and Yacht Club, a wonderful and quiet neighborhood in Myrtle Beach. Bill and Carol Burchfield were our realtors who had been working with us since the previous summer. We were on a budget and also very busy with opposite work schedules most of the year but Bill and Carol went out of their way to get us viewings of house all over the areas we were looking. Without their help and hard efforts on our behalf we would not have been able to find our perfect home. One of the important features in a realtor is for the person to know the buyer's needs and desires, and not waste time and effort of showing properties which do not match those needs. Bill and Carol were excellent in meeting our needs. They were very informative about the area, were very attentive to our needs and never showed us a property which did not meet our criteria and were extremely helpful in assisting us in the decision making. On one occasion they went beyond our expectations to research information which was most important in our decision making process.

They went above and be on the top . When we went back to Virginia and saw a house we liked on Zillow in our price range we called them and they went to the house , called us and took pictures .They were always ready to help us . They spent three weekends with us .THEY ARE THE BEST !!

Carol and Bill did a great job selling my mother's condo. None of the surviving family were located in SC so we needed a realtor we could count on to handle everything in our absence. Carol and Bill certainly went the extra mile and sold the condo quickly and for the best price. They really know the local real estate market and they kept us informed about every event.

Our experience with Carol and Bill reinforces why I would never attempt to buy or sell real estate on my own. In this multi-step process Carol and Bill did not solve problems, they *anticipated* them. Their advice was always sound, and their expertise in this area and the real estate business evident. Phone calls, texts and e-mails were returned the same day...or sooner! We know they had other clients besides us, but they gave the impression that we were the most important things they were doing.
